First time for Bess to be groomed by a stranger. Groomer did a pretty good job I think. Just wish they showed my husband around the facility. Also, the name is changed to Mr. Nigel's.
Owner does not show up on time. If your appointment is at time of opening she is likely not to arrive in time. This occurred every single time I took my dogs. There have been as many as 3 customers waiting for the owner to open. Owner also complains about things like where you park you wait for her. This was at the prior location.
