OWNER I HOPE YOU READ THIS: This is a great bar, my local bar. However, they have, and without exaggeration, the worst bartender of all time. She is included in the pictures. It is really sad what a miserable life she lives, especially at such a happy and fun bar, really ruins a special place for me. If I was management, I would have her long gone. Please owner, if you are reading this, take this with utmost severity.

I’ve been coming to the grog for the past 2 years every Wednesday for trivia. Came today and had an awful awful experience with the bouncer. We’ve been extremely loyal and the bouncer scammed my friend for her REAL ID. He needs to be fired ASAP. The Grog is amazing. I have nothing bad to say about the establishment. But that bouncer is a cancer to the restaurant. Should be fired immediately.

rudest customer experience i’ve ever had. every time i’ve been there, the two women that work there act like they never want to serve you, seriously act like they have never been in customer service before in their life. Would never go back there because of the way I was treated.
