Great place to train everyone is kind,humble and willing to teach just as long as you're willing to learn!!highly recommend to anyone wanting to change their life!
I been training here since last year and I have benefited tremendously with my weight. I was 310lbs last year and I am happy to say that I am down to 245lbs currently. I'm in better shape now that I was in high school. Its like family in this gym.
Very welcoming environment! Instructor is very well with giving instructions and descriptions threw the whole class!!!
