Mike Amon is the man. Great facility most of all the results are guaranteed. I've worked with alot of ppl and Mike is by far the best. His detailed work, encouragement, high IQ of each position is out of this world. If your not prepared to succeed and put in work don't even waste his time this guy sends ppl to d1 colleges and pro levels. Great place, my kids love going! I like that the coaches correct the kids and ensure that they do the drills correctly! My kids do speed agility training and when I pick them up they up they are red faced and soaked in sweat! The team at Grind House works them hard for the hour they have them. I love it they love it.
Micah is a great trainer. Very impressed with his work out facility. He currently works with our softball team. I highly recommend him FOR ANY SPORT!!!
