Amazing studio. Maggie is the owner & main instructor, she’s fantastic with planning her workouts. They’re just the right amount of challenging with the option to push yourself or take it a step down if needed. Lots of modifications available, so the stress and pressure are taken off. But trust me you’ll end up pushing yourself harder because you want to! I always leave sore and get a better workout than I could ever get trying to push myself. I love the grind garage! It’s modern and clean inside, the workouts are challenging yet easy to modify if needed, and the time flies by. I see a lot of familiar and friendly faces at the classes, but I love that it doesn’t feel like a clique and therefore isn’t intimidating for new attendees. I’ve been going fairly consistently for 6 months and can definitely see some toning!

Love Maggie’s workout classes! The format is easy to understand and she is super helpful in providing alternatives for each move depending on your strength/preferences/any injuries. Energy is always high too so I’m excited to go back every time.

the grind garage is my new favorite class/group exercise spot. i love the open space and the overall vibe. maggie is an incredible coach. she is warm, inviting, and i love her music choices. i’ve found her pricing to be very reasonable, i definitely recommend checking it out!
