Appreciate the flexibility they offer to work out. Have to give an extra shout out too for personal training with Gabi! She builds focused plans for what you need to work on and does them right along side you and gives lots to encouragement which is great if you’re getting started in on fitness; definitely worth if you’re able to book sessions!
Alright listen people, if you’re afraid of going to the gym because of not knowing what you are doing, etc. THIS is the gym for you. Before going to The Grind, I went to Planet Fitness, while a good gym with good equipment, it lacked the support, I was extremely self conscious that people were watching me.
