Really bad service waited 2 hours for the food
Waited 2 hrs for my food
This place has no real servers to speak of...no menus except digital. No cutlery except plastic. If the kitchen forgets part of your order there is no receipt to prove what you ordered. Cash is not accepted. Because I had to order online I was not able to make substitutions. I was not a happy camper.
Update: The manager contacted me and apologized for the my experience. She really seemed to care and wanted to rectify the situation. I really appreciate that find of customer service. I would definitely give them a second chance given that management seem to care about their customer service. The atmosphere is nice but if you want good service I would keep driving.
