This exceptional restaurant boasts a vibrant indoor and outdoor seating area, complete with a variety of amenities. So grossly overpriced. Quality of good is very low. $32 for a bad cheeseburger. $22 for a very sorry sad “avocado toast”
Worst service and food I’ve ever had in a Hilton hotel. Waited in line for 10-15 minutes to just be seated by the unwelcoming staff, when it did not seem busy in the restaurant at all, everyone seems uninterested in the work they are doing. No one ever checked on us about how the food is but only handed a check in the middle of our meal!! The management and training of staff has serious problems, this is not what people expected out of such an expensive meal. Not worth it!
Not sure where to start! We stayed 4 nights at the hotel to enjoy Sedona. We had a suite, and a connecting queen. The rooms were nice, & our housekeeping was very good. We figured the dining had to be decent! WRONG -- We went to dinner early as we have little kids. Immediately things started poorly; we got sat in the most uncomfortable chairs I've ever sat in, at a restaurant. Unbelievably bad. We tried ShadowRock for our anniversary dinner & I had it in the notes of our reservation. No mention of congratulations or thank you for dining with us. We were sat in a breakfast nook with office chairs for seats, service was all over the place. When we did see our waitress she was pleasant and informative but then she’d be gone for 10-20 minutes it’d seem like between our orders.
