I had my move in today and Heather made the entire experience so smooth and welcoming. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and even helped me get all of my boxes from the package room, which I truly appreciated. The Griffin apartment is a fantastic place to live - for those moving to the Scottsdale area wanting to be close to old town and within reasonable distance to Phoenix check this place out. It has great amenities and a premium feel for a reasonable price. I can’t say enough good things about Heather and the rest of the staff as they are quick to respond and helpful with all maintenance and other needs.

Ive had many times waking up from outside noise in the morning, but outside of that this is a solid apartment. Gas went out recently and stoves don’t work in our rooms, and they catered food each night for all residents. Taking care of your residents like this is something that will always be appreciated and noted.

I’ve woken up countless times to leaf blower workers and construction trucks beeping very early in the morning. Living on the perimeter in my experience has cost me lots of insufficient sleep.

The simple fact of constantly waking up from construction and workers outside early in the morning makes me give my rating. I live in the back side of the building and have been woken up countless times. The apartment is great though, great amenities, staff is solid, and very quiet, you forget residents live there sometimes.
