I have lived here since December and this is the worst complex yet. My car was broken into in their gated garage and magically saw nothing on the cameras and that’s just the beginning. Woke up on a Saturday morning to my whole floor smelling like gas, I proceeded to call the office 10 times with no answer. Went down to let the office lady know and she just walked around my floor on her phone and did nothing. I live at the griffin. I love our apartment and the amenities however, we had 2 gas leaks and our ac broke within 2 weeks of moving in. we did not care about that because we love where we live and the people here. however, I was at the pool a couple days ago and a girl next to me was hitting a weed pen. I didn’t say anything and let it go, however today i was at the pool and there were people smoking weed bud and it smelled horrendous for an hour even though every person living here has to sign a non smoking agreement.
