I think every negative thing you read about greystar is true. I have leased many apartments in my life and have always gotten back 100% of my security deposit back, here general wear and tear ( a little bit of spackle and paint ), and a quick touchup of the oven is enough for them to charge me after paying $1,850 in base rent for 14 months. I also requested a second key and upon return they do not refund the $100 for the key. The maintenance team and front desk is great! They were willing to help change out a flat tire I got and are always super available, friendly and do great work!
Absolutely wonderful complex! The units and amenities are unmatched for the price. Management is also perfect - they are extremely kind and professional. HIGHLY SUGGEST. I love living here.
