Garrett Griffin sold me a policy and told me I had coverage that I found I did not have according to the company he wrote it with, when I had storm damage. There goes about $8000.00 bucks.... I even have him telling me in writing that I was covered. He has left me in the cold when it comes to getting my claim settled too. It seems to me he takes money every month but does nothing to earn it.......... He is also part owner in Professional body shop in Enterprise, Alabama.. Talk about conflict of interest...
If you decide to get insurance through this place, good luck getting help finding a new policy next year when your rates go up!! Contacted at least 6 times......same story every time....."I'll get back to you asap!" Want reliability? Take your money elsewhere...
