I had a disappointing experience at this therapy practice and cannot recommend it. The therapist I worked with seemed disengaged and inattentive, often arriving late to sessions and rushing through our time together. There was very little empathy or genuine effort to understand my concerns, which made me feel like just another appointment in their schedule. The office environment was uncomfortable and unwelcoming, with minimal privacy, and the administrative staff was disorganized, causing issues with scheduling and billing.... read more
Never have I seen a counselling service make therapy as inaccessible as GTHC has. I've watched with disappointment for years. They've recently relaxed some policies to be more on-par with other providers but still staunchly stand behind increased barriers to mental health services. It's hard to see.
