My honest review of the last two years I have been living here. I first started off with a one bedroom I now live in the studio. The amenities are great, sense of security great, and the price is good considering this is a luxury apartment. Highly recommend The Grid as a residential option worth considering in Buffalo. Been residing here for a few months and can honestly say it's been a wonderful experience. The rooms are well maintained and include good quality furnishings. The lobbies and common spaces are also frequently cleaned. Likewise, the conference room is well equipped for hosting virtual meetings and the rooftop lounge has been an ideal space for relaxation, especially after a hectic workload. I think the building is nice BUT management is very inexperienced; NOT CODY specifically Andrea Leslie. Not only is she not personable but while living here I got the sense that she does not truly care for the well-being of the residents. I came to her with an issue and she kept saying “we never had this problem in the 3 years of the building existing” instead of coming to me with a solution.
