I have lived at the Grid for 4 years and have nothing but positive remarks. Both Cody and Alyssa were extremely helpful and accessible and they were always proactive in checking up on their tenants. While I had very few maintenance requests over the 4 years, they were addressed promptly and effectively. The shared areas and amenities are maintained very well and are always clean. “As a 30+ year veteran of New York City apartments I am something of an expert on the subject. The Grid is a superb place to live. The units are immaculate with premium details. Utilities are seamlessly handy, including best-in-class WiFi. I have a profound allergy to physical exertion, but the gym looks top-notch and never seems crowded. Great stay overall. Cody, the manager, was always available, helpful, and truly went above and beyond. He even helped me take my TV down when I was moving out. What really impressed me is that he knows everyone by name, that level of attention is rare and makes a big difference. The apartment was comfortable and well-maintained. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
I had lived at the grid for 3 years and haven’t moved for a reason! Definitely the best apartment complex I have ever lived in - not exaggerating. Also thank you Cody & Alyssa for everything!
