Would highly recommend The Grid to anyone, especially those who want to be near downtown/Jacob’s med school. The location didn’t quite make sense for me at this moment, so I have moved on. The apartments are very modern and are exactly like the pictures online. Cody and Alyssa are both extremely helpful and very responsive and overall great people. The maintenance team is also quick to respond and did a great job with all my maintenance requests. Overall I would give The Grid a 5/5!
The BEST apartment building in Buffalo !! The management team is amazing and always helpful, questions never go unanswered and they’re the kindest souls ever. The building itself is always clean, smelling good and looking great. The 5th floor roof top is suchh a vibe! During the day and night it’s always a quiet spot to chill or study on the 5th floor. The grid is amazing great the building is beautiful the staff is friendly and they do a great job at managing the building every thing has been up to par and comfortable they have good parking the allow pets and valet garbage pick up is the icing on the cake which is why all in all 5 starts
Stayed here for a few months during a work assignment and the place was great. Very clean and the staff is awesome!
