Cody is a great property manager! Everything is clean and tidy, work requests are answered promptly, and additional issues are handled with care and discernment! There isn’t many places better to live than the Grid!
My experience with "The Grid" has been nothing short of excellence in professionalism. They have worked with me through a couple personal issues of mine and my stay has been totally enjoyable. The personality of Cody and Alyssa fits the residence perfectly as they have every amenity a resident needs along with having a warm and friendly personality to go along with a wealth of knowledge on how to run an upscale residence without the high cost. I highly recommend "The Grid" along with Cody and Alyssa!
I have lived at the Grid for 4 years and have nothing but positive remarks. Both Cody and Alyssa were extremely helpful and accessible and they were always proactive in checking up on their tenants. While I had very few maintenance requests over the 4 years, they were addressed promptly and effectively. The shared areas and amenities are maintained very well and are always clean.
