Here's a real review! BE WARNED! Very shady place. We lived here for a little over a year, and would never move back. When we moved out we were sent to collections almost immediately with no prior notice of a balance due. The say they will pay your last utility bill with your security deposit but instead they mark the previous bill as "late" and send you to collections for the final bill. Marluz the goat. Got me in my dream apartment with no issues at all. Give her a raise.
We had a great experience working with Merluz! She helped us find and purchase our forever home and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She treated us very well, was professional, friendly, and always made sure we understood everything. We really appreciate all of her help and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an apartment! She remembered my name after a month of looking around

Not this current renter. If you’re looking to rent here please do yourself an enormous favor and listen to the negative reviews, they aren’t exaggerative one bit. I’ve lived at 5 different complexes since 2018 and none of them have come anywhere close to this. There are quite literally just as many parking spots as there... read more
