I don't know how this community doesn't have a 5-star rating. The Greyson is by and far the best apartment complex I've lived in. The entire move-in process from the initial tour to the week after move-in was completely smooth thanks to the awesome and friendly leasing team and our specific agent, Merluz. The amenities, from the free Starbucks coffee to the Amazon lockers are also nice to have and well-kept. My only 'complaint' is that the clubhouse isn't open past 6pm, but that's not really a big deal.
I had such a great experience moving to The Greyson in Hilliard! Elizabeth was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. She was super patient with me, answered all my questions, and really went out of her way to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right home. Loving it here at the Greyson area is nice and quiet, Merluz at the front office was great she took care of everything and helped me with any concerns or information i needed
I recently toured the Greyson complex in Hilliard and had a wonderful experience. Elizabeth was fantastic very polite, helpful, and thorough. She explained everything clearly and made sure to show me all the features of the community. The manager was also very welcoming. Overall, everything was excellent, and I truly enjoyed the visit. I’m strongly considering making this complex my future home.
Moving from out of state is never an easy process, but working with Elizabeth certainly helped! She was very supportive of my health with the transition and completion of signing the lease agreement and was so friendly and attentive throughout the whole process! She certainly is awesome!
