I recently had maintenance in my apartment for a work order and the technician, Glenn, was very efficient, kind, tidy, and got the job completed quickly! Very satisfied with the results and property since moving in! As stated before, Elizabeth and Sharon, along with all staff members have been very supportive and helpful!
We really like this place♥️, we've been living here for a few month. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. When we asked for a maintenance, it was done the next day. The area is very quiet and clean, even if there are a lot of people outside, you can't hear anything through the closed windows. The only downside is that the walls are thin, and you can hear our neighbors in the bedroom, but in the other rooms is quiet. Since moving into The Greyson, things have been great! The staff is wonderful and hardworking, and do a great job to make you feel at home! Elizabeth was certainly a big help, and all staff members are friendly and supportive!
I moved to Columbus for work and have been nothing but impressed with my stay so far. The community is quiet, there’s no shortage of parking anywhere, and they are constantly having fun events. We took our dog last week to the pool party for dogs to end the season, and honestly, it was adorable. The trash pick up at the door is awesome, never had that before but it’s totally worth it. I don't know how this community doesn't have a 5-star rating. The Greyson is by and far the best apartment complex I've lived in. The entire move-in process from the initial tour to the week after move-in was completely smooth thanks to the awesome and friendly leasing team and our specific agent, Merluz. The amenities, from the free Starbucks coffee to the Amazon lockers are also nice to have and well-kept. My only 'complaint' is that the clubhouse isn't open past 6pm, but that's not really a big deal.
