I moved here with high hopes, but the reality has been far from ideal. The electric bill is outrageously high, kids incessantly ring the doorbell, and the trash is left in the breezeways. Parking is a constant struggle, and the office never answers the phone. You have to physically go up there to speak to anyone. They use a submetering company for electricity so you can't shop around for electricity rates and this is the place that I have the largest electricity bill in my entire life on a monthly basis. The rent isn't as cheap as it initially seems cuz they tack on a bunch of fees after the fact like pest control and stuff like that to make it seem like the rent is better than it really is.
