I really wish I could leave a "zero stars" review. This apartment complex has been the absolute worst living situation. We've made numerous complaints about our upstairs neighbors smoking around the clock 24hrs a day and smoke seeping into our air vents and nothing has been done to resolve this. As parents to a newborn baby, I've pleaded with the management to no avail. Our son has developed eczema and nasal congestion because of this. My son and I recently moved into The Gregory, and our leasing specialist was Keisha. From the moment I spoke to her on the phone, I knew that we were in the right hand. She has single-handedly handled everything that we have needed and made a very emotional move seamless. We relocated from the Dallas area and she helped us get everything on the checklist taken care of. The Gregory is a lovely community tucked away from the city, offering a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The staff has been incredibly helpful and responsive to my needs. Jasmin, in particular, has gone above and beyond with her attention to detail and her warm, sincere approach. I can definitely see myself renewing my lease when the time comes.
