Current resident. Pool issues since moving in. The breezeways need to be cleaned badly!!! The staff is amazing. We like where we live. A better dog park is needed; dog poo is an issue.
I toured with Rayley 6 months ago and she was so kind and really made me feel comfortable to lease here. I also loved how Jasmin and Josh both took the time to come and meet me when Rayley was telling me about the community. Since moving in I have had one minor issue and it was over Memorial Day weekend some adults were allowing their kids to put sand into the pool which caused the pool to go green. Came in not knowing what I wanted and Raeley was so helpful. The complex is so beautiful and I can’t wait to move in to our new place!
I absolutely love living here! I’ve been here for over a year and haven’t had any major issues. Any small concerns that came up were fixed quickly, usually within a day. At my old apartments, it was hard to get in touch with anyone and they never answered the phones or addressed any of our issues, but here it’s the complete opposite. Can’t recommend this place enough!
