Staff is nice, location is nice, but just don’t get an apartment on the ground floor. Maintenance has such an unpredictable schedule, you’ll hear lawn mowing and leaf blowing outside your window/doors at completely random times and days. Also, they will make it impossible for you store anything on your patio, and will just suggest you pay extra for a garage/storage. Just keep these in mind.
I had a very positive experience this morning thanks to my neighbor and the apartment staff, especially Salvador. My car would not start, and a kind neighbor tried to help first. When that didn’t work, one of the apartment staff came over and got Salvador. Salvador brought equipment, checked the battery, and when the first attempt didn’t work, he went back to get his car and properly jump-started mine. The Gregory has hands down been the best apartment complex that I have lived in. My husband and I moved here in August of 2024 and left in October 2025. The only reason we moved was because we were on the third floor and expecting our first child, and needed more space. Management is exceptionally responsive, maintenance was quick and VERY efficient.
