I’ve lived at this apartment complex for over a year now, and overall, my experience has been mostly positive. The move-in process was smooth—especially with the help of Louie Martinez, who went above and beyond to make everything seamless, even with my relocation from Virginia. The maintenance team is fantastic. Any time I’ve had an issue, they’ve responded quickly and take care of it without any hassle. Me and my fiancé toured the Gregory apartment and loved it! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The community is beautiful we definitely well keep this apartment on our list of the ones we like the most!
Current resident. Pool issues since moving in. The breezeways need to be cleaned badly!!! The staff is amazing. We like where we live. A better dog park is needed; dog poo is an issue.
I toured with Rayley 6 months ago and she was so kind and really made me feel comfortable to lease here. I also loved how Jasmin and Josh both took the time to come and meet me when Rayley was telling me about the community. Since moving in I have had one minor issue and it was over Memorial Day weekend some adults were allowing their kids to put sand into the pool which caused the pool to go green. Came in not knowing what I wanted and Raeley was so helpful. The complex is so beautiful and I can’t wait to move in to our new place!
