I was nervous at first when I got to the Gregori Surgery Center because of the procedure I was to have done, but after meeting the staff, all my worries went away. All the staff (receptionist, nurses, anesthesiologist, doctors) were so attentive, friendly, and efficient. They explained everything to me so I knew exactly what to expect before they began. They made sure I was comfortable and the atmosphere was so relaxing. Thank you Gregori Surgery Center for an amazing experience!

Beware - This is the worst experience with billing. They will bill you upfront for the full amount of what your insurance covers- not the amount that the insurance company is paying them...and they know this. They also pressure you to pay before the procedure and then when you are there in person, minutes before your procedure. I wish I never did that because it created hours of extra unnecessary work and frustration having to get the money back from them. (still haven't), only to be many weeks late paying my physician.
