I wanted to share my thoughts & observations from my time living at The Greens on 5th. I've gathered a few notes about my experience there and just wanted to give a rundown of how everything has been so far. From day one, the office staff and maintenance have been exceptionally welcoming, prompt, and courteous. The property is clean & well maintained! I love the pool!!! Over the summer, I had a minor issue with my AC not cooling & maintenance responded promptly & fixed the issue immediately! A+
lived here for a year in 2023 & had the worst experience. german cockroaches in the kitchen constantly no matter how clean i kept it & in drawers & cabinets. palmetto bugs also inside. walls are not sealed properly to the floor so any bugs can get inside really. downstairs neighbor from hell. could barely even walk around my apartment without them knocking on their ceiling. couldn’t even vacuum with a complaint. terrible place. couldn’t wait until my lease was up.
Tenants leave dog poops all over the parking space/yard. It smells so bad do their noses not work?? Nasty!!! Office needs to clean up more frequently and explain to tenants with dogs why it’s important to keep surroundings clean of poop. So disgusting can’t even maintain their surroundings for adults
My experience with this leasing team has been extremely disappointing. They told us they were filing our reports about repeated lease violations, but later we found out they never did. We were even told that other tenants were being evicted because of our reports—another thing that was not true. On top of that, they promised us an apartment after our lease ended, then backed out and denied us the unit with the excuse that it would ‘help an internal investigation’ to give it to someone else. this is probably the worst apartment complex . The maintenance is not the best. They are extremely lazy and will wait days to fix any problems that you have. lots of my things have been stolen by the maintenance people as well. it’s just overall not the Best place to live..
