I wanted to share my thoughts & observations from my time living at The Greens on 5th. I've gathered a few notes about my experience there and just wanted to give a rundown of how everything has been so far. From day one, the office staff and maintenance have been exceptionally welcoming, prompt, and courteous. The property is clean & well maintained! I love the pool!!! Over the summer, I had a minor issue with my AC not cooling & maintenance responded promptly & fixed the issue immediately! A+
lived here for a year in 2023 & had the worst experience. german cockroaches in the kitchen constantly no matter how clean i kept it & in drawers & cabinets. palmetto bugs also inside. walls are not sealed properly to the floor so any bugs can get inside really. downstairs neighbor from hell. could barely even walk around my apartment without them knocking on their ceiling. couldn’t even vacuum with a complaint. terrible place. couldn’t wait until my lease was up.
