While I have not used their services, The Greenery provided landscape services at an RV Resort I was staying at and their staff shattered my RV window with a rock that got caught in the blade of their riding lawnmower. A one in a million shot that was nobody’s fault. They prioritized getting me reimbursed which speaks volumes about them as a company. If I was local, that would be all I needed to know for them to earn my business.
The Greenery does landscaping for our HOA. They are responsible for butchering the tree in our front yard. It is not part of the community landscape, but on private property. They destroyed the beauty of the tree and our shade that covered our driveway. Would not do business with this business.
Our experience with The Greenery has been very disappointing. The Greenery does landscaping for our neighborhood in Sea Pines, so I purchased a large camelia from them, which they planted in our front yard. It was beautiful... until their landscapers decided to "prune" it. Here are the before and after pictures. I asked them to replace it, since it now looks embarrassingly ugly and will take years to fill out and bloom, but they refused. I would avoid hiring them for any type of maintenance.
