Ive seen this companies employees verbally abuse, disrespect and harass customers and associates on several occasions at several different locations. Upon being confronted on their demeanor they have always made the situations more hostile. I wouldn't want to hire those types of individuals, let alone have these people on my property providing a service. If you dont mind having short fused pugilists on your payroll or in your space, then look no further than Greener Side.
Called to request an estimate for temporary service on a rental property and was told they'd provide an estimate within 48 hours. Never received follow-up call. Called a week later and was told they don't handle "temporary" jobs, only full season. Very nice on the phone, but incredibly poor follow-up and disappointed it took a week before I was informed of their "policies." Looking for new company now.
The Greener Side has done two major hardscapes for us and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. They also have done our yard maintenance for the past several years and we will continue to use them. They are very responsive and easy to work with. I give them my highest recommendation.
I used the Greener Side for an entire season and found their services to be repeatedly unacceptable. Their workers let clumps of cut grass or lawn mower droppings all over my grass killing the green grass underneath. I chose not to continue with the Greener side this year (I found a much more meticulous landscaper), but they came and mowed my lawn anyway (they assume you want to continue their services without ever asking. The whole crew is just awaome from customer service to the beautifull work they have done, i highly recomend them.
