We had a wonderful experience with Kenny from the moment we submitted our maintenance request until the time it was finished. He is amazing, nothing but professionalism and kindness, and a genuine sense of care.
Beautiful place to live and very friendly atmosphere
All I can say is "Wow"! I have been back and forth to GVL multiple times trying to figure out which apartment to get downtown and from the moment I walked into the MAA I was blown away. I was greeted by Arnelia, who was absolutely AMAZING by the way. She helped me navigate such a tough decision on which unit to take and with her help I think we nailed it! The lobby is so clean and fresh smelling, beautiful decor and the units all look so clean and new, very happy with our choice, can't wait to move in.
Kenny and Mark fixed my key pad today- they were very prompt, helpful, and friendly- and I was able to get back in to my apartment!
