Arnelia Williams, leasing specialist, was my first point of contact at MAA Greene. A consummate professional, she made me feel welcome and answered the myriad questions that I, as a first-time apartment dweller, had.
The location of this apartment complex is great and walkable. The units are spacious for being downtown. I enjoyed having the rooftop amenities. The maintenance team is quick and kind. I was shocked to receive my renewal letter and see my rent was raised $300. I am not shocked to find that my apartment is still sitting empty (now listed at the same rate I was paying). I just moved into this apartment and had a few things that I needed taken care of and Kenny and Mark helped me out. They were super helpful and even explained everything they were doing so I would know how to properly fix it myself in the future. Great guys and great service!
We absolutely loved our time living in the MAA Greene. The location is amazing, at the "quiet" end of S. Main St., but easily walkable to everything downtown. The maintenance staff (Kenny, Mark, Brian) are terrific - super responsive and will bend over backwards to ensure any issues are resolved. The front office team (Arnelia & Amanda) are also fantastic! We didn't move far away but will miss seeing everyone and our wonderful downtown apartment!
Kenny is the best! We just moved in and he was here the next day fixing everything from our door locks to closet shelving! Made the move in process a breeze!
