As a former downtown resident of 9 years, moving back to The Greene apartments was such a welcoming experience. Amanda and the leasing team made the process smooth, and Mark and Kenny went out of their way to help with all my requests on short notice. The Greene has the best value and amenities in downtown Greenville!
We have lived here for about 9 months. Overall it’s a great location and our unit is great but needs some things to be fixed like the rotted wood on our porch. However the senior management is completely absent. I would not ever suggest moving here because nothing gets fixed that the GM can possibly delay. We have a rotted door and wall that clearly was not engineered correctly. 9 months later no change! Today no grills work in the entire building. It’s summer and we can’t grill.
