Weve been batteling with sandy soil for five years and that was what finally pushed me to call the experts so I wouldnt just have a dirt pit. The technician actually tested the soil and explained the pH was off and I was watering at the wrong time, which was helpful. Hiring them to fix up our neglected yard was an okay experience, but not without issues. We bought a house that was nothing but weeds, sand, and dead branches, so we needed a phased plan to not break the bank. Phase one was fixing the drainage and putting down sod. The crew showed up early and got it done, though they left the driveway pretty muddy for a few days. Handing our lawn care over to this team definitely saved my Saturdays. I was tired of sweating over the mower, so having a crew roll in on Thursdays is super convenient. They do a fine job edging and blowing off the driveway, but it always feels a little rushed. They occasionally miss patches of grass or blow clippings into my flower beds. Getting my free time back is nice, but the attention to detail is definitely lacking.

We had a huge empty space of dirt after taking down some old trees, and the design team suggested a nice mix of coastal grasses and Sabal palms. The installation guys worked hard in the heat, but a few of the grasses died in the first week. Getting them replaced under warranty took several phone calls. It looks great out back now, but the customer service process needs some improvement.

Taking on an overgrown yard is tough so we paid their landscape group a lot of money to handle our messy property. They came over and gave us a plan but it was way over the budget we originally talked about. We eventually agreed on a price but bringing in the big trucks to pull out the roots was incredibly messy. The drivers actually accidentally bumped into our old side fence while backing up the machinery.
