Great company and helpful people. They will return calls, answer questions and update you on the completion of the job. They provide professional customer service and stand by their products and labor. Would use them again and would recommend them to friends.
These guys are amazing. Quality workmanship, friendly, knowledgeable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Bill walked me thru all the goo in getting a loan application completed with EWEB as well as all the other available rebates for our ductless HVAC systems. They use quality products and charge fairly for the work. Seriously, don’t bother with anyone else.
I have purchased two large rooms worth of natural flooring from The Green Store and many other products over the years. They no longer have an open storefront but you can still get flooring through them. They have the best non-toxic flooring options. I have always had good experiences working with them.
They do have great products. Living an alternative lifestyle for the last 40 years, I was excited when they opened. Been disappointed by customer service just about every time: a few summers ago I ordered non-toxic paint from them. It didn't come as promised 4 times over a two week period. Each time I had to call them. At the end of that, they still couldn't promise when it would be in.
