The Green Spot is my favorite place to bring my dogs. My old blind deaf incontinent dogs tend to mark where other dogs have gone before them. I brought them to have their nails trimmed and of course they had accidents and the girl quickly cleaned it up before I even noticed it happened. I apologized and offered to do it myself but she wouldn't hear of it. And my dogs didn't cry or bleed like they do at the vets. It was also half the price.I was really impressed. What great customer service.
We have tried several different groomers in Omaha and will now never go anywhere other than Green Spot. Our dogs Daisy and Milk are always so happy to go and look so adorable after being groomed. The staff and groomers are also all very friendly. So happy to have finally found a place I feel beyond comfortable taking our babes ��
The best selection of pet food and the nicest/most helpful associates!
While I love the selection and staff at this store I have one very large complaint. The isles are too over crowded for a wheelchair user. I have quickly become a regular here, and the staff seem me struggle to navigate this store. My boyfriend and I are in wheelchairs, we love it here. I have to say I can't continue to shop here if the over crowding is not addressed. The Americans with disabilities act has guidelines for how wide and clear isles should be, please abide by them.
