This place has a long way to go if they want to get like tgs in Colorado. Customer service was bad, no info/menu available online for adult use and they are selling CBD flower. I could go to a head shop if I just wanted CBD. They don't even acknowledge a member even though the one in Colorado is the same company. All dispensaries have a long way to go in IL but I recommend to stay away from this one until they figure it out.
Not good customer service, stood in line for about 2 hours for them to only have CBD flower. The sadest part the staff never told anyone. Lines outside. And u couldnt say u were out of flower? I can CBD at the gas station. Can’t hold a flame near Green Solutions in Colorado. What a shame and waste of time.
waited 2 hours in line just to be told they only had concentrates . could've came out and told us there was no flower. complete waste of time!!

customer service, let ur customers know what u have in real time, like if u run out of flower 📢announce it to those in line.
Your web page doesn't work and you don't answer the phone. I have used other TSG stores website for and up to date menu but not yours, figure it out!
Recommendedso my husband and I visited Denver in 2017 and after several visits to different dispeneraries we found ourselves always returning to TGS... I am very excited for the opening for recreational sales to start at this location... TGS is just all around a great place!!! product is amazing, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and the store is just great
