Took nearly a month for them to realize my items were missing. I have been a customer for quite some time and service is getting worse. Too bad. I'm not going back.

They've destroyed one too many expensive articles of clothing (silk shirt with oil stains all over it that weren't there when I dropped it off. And what's worse, some genius STILL pressed the blouse so as to set in the stains... And someone thinks it's a good idea to pin thick safety pins through the fabric of your clothes- and at the seams or sleeves too so the fabric is sure to start fraying- rather than through the garment tags which would ensure no garment or fabric damage). They ruined my husband's shirt and will not return my calls or emails about fixing it or repaying me for the cost of his brand new shirt that is no unwearable. Terrible, don't go here. I will repost and update if they ever respond or solve this for me but unlikely as it has been months now.

Awful place..never trust thier service the nee owners are awfull people and seem to be full of themselves..they lost alll my shirts 15

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Extremely RUDE staff and they do a horrible job on "cleaning" your clothes. The neighborhood needs a better option.
