great atmosphere – This was a great place to have a few drinks before the concert. Good sandwiches, drinks and great Bartender...she was very friendly.

Worst Service Ever – The bartenders here are some of the nastiest, ego-centric, unskilled rockstar wannabees I have ever come across. If the Showbox even had good shows, I could understand the level of conceit that would come with working at a happening club. But the truth is, the bad shows far outnumber the good ones. Don't Be Fooled! – This Place is nothing more than a tourist trap. This place lures you in with the feeling that you will be sitting within the confines of some hip, rock-n-roll hang out. Truth is this place is nothing more than a glorified Dennys. Some of the worst service I have ever encountered in my entire life was at this place. gotta love the green – Good food, great environment, but sucky service. Best value for happy hour, food is good & simple at $2 each with drinks also being $2, lose the 'tude & it would be my favorite downtown bar.
Rude Rude – A group of us were having a Happy Hour send-off for a coworker about to leave the company. We enjoyed the app selection and the beer special however it the cocktail waitress spontaneously closed our tab, and the bus boy got grabby with our half-full drinks! The bartender made amends, she was getting complaints, and much of the the cocktail waitress' business. Abominable service!Lose the attitude, gain the cool customers!
BEST HAPPY HOUR & HOT NEW SERVER!! – GREAT HAPPY HOUR!!! HOT new cocktail server made my afternoon with cheap eats and cheap drinks after work. gave great service and did i mention she's HOT? 6 bucks got me full and a little buzzed right before showtime. i will definately keep comin back!
