Dr Macphee very rude and obnoxious. Have complained twice and practice manager just excuses his behaviour and its on my medical notes that i was dismissive.. is that even allowed... Funny how ive never had an issue with any other doctor... They also keep sending me letters for another patient about diazepam aswell can gladly upload it. How the PM can just believe him and not even take any notice of what Ive said just shows its absolutely pointless making a complaint. I am a foreigner here so my english is not really good, they didn't accept to give me face to face appointment at everytime i need to see the doctor zo i csn explain better my issue , additionally i have never get any reminder as text msg from them at all..
One of the best GP services I have ever registered with. Sad to leave as I am moving from Glasgow. The doctors, nurses and the Reception staff are extremely helpful and compassionate. Thanks a lot for all the help and support.
