I was so impressed with the level of detail Eloisa and Santa gave to cleaning my apartment. Everything was spotless, including elements that I didn't even expect them to clean. And they were very friendly with my cat who needed to be involved in everything :). I'll definitely use them again!
Was disappointed. I mentioned to the reception that I had two doctors appointments in the morning and she agreed for an evening cleaning appointment to accommodate. I came home from my first appointment very early to see that the cleaning girls were waiting outside my home in the heat. I had received an e-mail that morning while I was at my dr appointment of a morning cleaning time opposite of what I was told. We were very pleased by the efficiency and attention to detail from the Green Mop team who came to clean our home. We have many rugs and fragile items and all were treated with care. The team worked non-stop, going from top to bottom in the house, spending about five hours and making the place shine.
