Chef Tammy's take away meals during the week are the best! If the Brussels Sprouts Rigatoni comes up on the menu again - go for it! It's delicious!!
Chef Tammy planned and prepared an incredible menu for a private dinner during a recent bachelorette trip. It was a pleasure to work with her to plan this special event. She was very responsive, has a warm personality and provided a truly custom experience for our almost entirely vegetarian menu. The Cashew Noodle Salad and "Toona" Poke Bowl were standouts for our group and we fought over the leftovers! I wish I lived in Richmond so I could use Chef Tammy's services more frequently. We had a private cooking class with Chef Tammy to celebrate a friend's birthday and it was fabulous! We learned a lot and enjoyed a yummy dinner. Highly recommend!
We had a team building lunch and it was amazing. Tammy was wonderful, the dishes we prepared were excellent and the team had a great time! I would highly recommend I can’t wait to make these dishes at home!! Thanks again Tammy for a wonderful experience !!
Well structured class and Chef Tammy was so fun and welcoming! We did a pasta making class and got to take home leftovers. Makes for a great surprise date or if you just want to learn more about cooking! We thought it was worth it! If you are considering taking the class my bf and I highly recommend. Thank you Tammy!
