Today is my second day, I am private care and the room was dirty, client was dirty and the smell. Lights burned out in bathroom and it is daytime so the staff says it's fine I can see, but what about at night? No one knows how to contact maintenance, one mid afternoon staff kitchen/aid will while clients are waiting to eat, only help who she wants to help. Must be nice to have a job where you can choose to be rude or nice to elderly clients paying your check.. This is Very unfriendly place. There are nicer places out there. ... read more
My mother was a resident at the Greenhouse for over 5 years, and she passed away in 2025. My wife and I were there multiple times a week, my wife more than I, so we got a very good firsthand experience of the care at the Greenhouse. My Children and grandchild often visited too. My siblings were there off and on as they live far out of town, but on their behalf, I think they would concur with my review. God is good. I don't know what I'd have done without the comfort of daily Cleanliness. The ladies were all so courteous and went the extra mile if I needed something. Tina runs an amazing happy department, everyone's always cheerful and respectful. I felt like I was coming home the second time I came back, actually sad to leave. Please God continue to bless Tina and her staff.
This Greenhouse is MOST excellent....I mainly know the day crew but love each one of them 💜
