If I could leave zero stars I would. Owner has been very unresponsive and hard to contact. I got a gift card for Christmas. Made an appointment online and then she canceled. I have been trying to get in contact and since December! She has not rescheduled or answered any phone calls. I have even shown up to the business when it says it’s open online. The store is completely closed and no one is there. Do not go here the place is a scam! You will not get your massage or a refund.

I came across The Green Fox after searching for a massage therapist in the area. What made me choose Alexandria was the fact that she was a veteran who was helping give back and help others who have been plagued with chronic pain. Boy am I ever glad I did!. The hour massage that I booked was the best I have been left feeling in a long time. I made my appointment for Sunday at 1. The owner never showed up, never got a phone call,email or Facebook message. Her lack of communication and presence just shows her dedication to clients. I would not recommend her services to anyone.

This is the only one star I’ve ever given, she didn’t show up to 2 appointments and I wasted gas and money driving 30 minutes to the appointment and she wasn’t there. If you want a massage don’t go here

Alexandria is so kind and knowledgeable. She knows just where to go and what to do to alleviate painful and tense muscles. I usually do 1.5 hr sessions and they have really helped me with various issues I've had. Looking forward to another great massage with Alex tomorrow!!
