Couldn't believe I would enjoy ice-cream while on my organic and sugar, gluten, lactose, grain, free diet! Using honey as a sweetener is exceptional! Wish I can go daily! Just learned about the story of the owner and how she started her ice-cream business! Very inspirational! :) This store made my visit to Little Rock a special one!
