I hate writing this review because I used to adore the Green Apple -- i used to make it a requirement to go here for breakfast when my family/friends would visit and the last couple times I went it was iffy but this last time was unfortunately my last straw. The waitress and staff is EXTREMELY rude. Very condescending and didn’t check on us a single time. We stopped for breakfast on a Monday, our 1st time here. It was a bit busy, but wow the waitress was just downright rude. Treating customers like they were a complete nuisance. The food was fine, cute atmosphere but if the staff cannot handle the customer service end of working at a restaurant then they shouldn't be working there. I wish I could say something more positive but the waitress was just awful which ruined the experience for us.
One of our favorite diners in Waterloo NY!!
Nice little dinner right in the village of Waterloo. We had a sort of late brunch there. The food was pretty good.
