저는 이곳 저곳에서 지내봤지만 지리적으로 너무 좋다고 느꼈습니다. 시내와 가까워서 너무 좋습니다.
I paid a friend a visit, i am not impressed. They don't bother to have air con on, so the hallways are so hot. I checked the garden area and it was cockroach infested and obviously not maintained. The only good thing about this place is the proximity to the station.
Absolutely cursed
Lived here for 3 years. Apartment itself was fine. Bit of damage every now and then, but it was expected. Had to shut the windows pretty much all the time because roaches would fly in (podium has millions of them in summer). Very noisy at night sometimes, but that’s just the valley. Parking was also extremely difficult. My parcels were stolen quite a few times and the garage never seemed to be safe. Constant water leaking in the lobby. One of the lifts is always broken.
