Great experience for my 7 year old, she gained the confidence to ditch her puddle jumper. The instructor was patient and encouraging with all of the students.
It's nice to be working after a 6 year depression where I had no motivation or will to want to work out. Cutting out alcohol was the best & hardest decision I've ever gone through. This location has a lot of machines, free weights, classes, rock climbing wall, 2 swimming pools & basketball & pickle ball courts to choose what kind of exercise you want.
