I filed a disability claim on March 7 and still haven't heard back from my case manager. On their website it says a decision is usually made within 5-7 days. I gave Canada Life 3 weeks (all business days) before I decided to reach out directly. I have been calling my case manager, Stephanie for a week straight only to reach her voicemail everytime - I also leave a message after every call. I still haven't heard back from her. Some kind of communication would be nice. Very disappointing service.
Jay Milligan here - this company is super good. Dont listen to the 1 star reviews - its bull shit. I submit a claim i get paid the next day. They are insanely good at what they do. Yes, they are trained to deny claims they are a business just follow guidelines and submit things and dont lie they wont treat you bad. All these bad expirences are likely due to scammers trying to get money out of them. I love this company alot. -JRM
Really terrible company. Will do anything g including deleting your information to avoid paying for your meds.
Horrible company, the staff were friendly but the company procedures are so disorganized it makes it impossible to get anything done. It’s been 1.5 weeks and my issue is still not resolved and I cannot access my benefits or investments. I’ve been treated like a number, not a customer.
