Lack of Transparency: The Great Pineapple LLC didn't provide clear instructions on what the project would entail, and I was surprised by additional costs.
Saul and his team were amazing! Once they started the project they came daily and worked all day until the project was completed. They removed the popcorn from our ceilings, repaired drywall, painted and installed new tile shower. Their work is great quality, timely and the price is reasonable. They were recommended to us by a friend and they did not disappoint us or our friends! We will definitely be having them back again for more work!
We have used this company twice in the past 6 months. 1st job: removed popcorn ceiling in our kitchen and repaired ceiling then repainted. 2nd job: repaired all holes and peeling paint and repainted the entire kitchen including the trim. professional, timely, and courteous. They covered cabinets and flooring and cleaned everything when done. Stellar work!!! We’re so happy with the quality and efficiency of all their employees. Awesome experiences with Saul and his crew. We have used them several times for tile work, electrical, painting and many more projects on a home we are remodeling. His pricing is always fair and the job is always completed above my expectations.
I just bought a new home, a Craftsman-style house built in 1916. Saul, Angel, Manny and Marcelino have spray painted the kitchen cabinets, tuck pointed the old fireplace and chimney (it was plastered over and forgotten and Manuel did a fantastic job chipping out the 100+ year old mortar and tuck pointing it!), built an archway in my bedroom, done a ton of drywall replacement and finish work and spray painted my porch ceiling.
