Waiting for a window replacement under the warranty for over a year. Not happy with the customer service and lack of follow up.
Always showed up for money but never to complete sub par work. Had to have our entire deck re done properly. This is a three stooges style operation . Look elsewhere.
Be aware - The owner has recently been arrested for scamming his customers out of their money and not doing the contracted work.
I signed a contract with Chris Russell and gave him the first installment on Dec 6..to date, over ten months later and after he abandoned the project four months ago after he was given the last check on June 5 (total $27,000). I hired another company and the room was built in a little over a week.
