Deeply disappointed with The Great Outdoors unprofessional conduct and incomplete work. Our project was due to be completed before Christmas 2023 and despite constant reassurance, it was not. It has been a constant battle getting this project finished. Project still incomplete in December 2024. Drainage was raised as a major issue, and yet it was never fixed properly.
