The customer service was excellent but things changed as soon as payment was processed for the order. If anything is wrong with your stairs they will blame you. If you decide to order from them make sure you record your entire unboxing process as well as assembly process. The stairs do look good but the quality control issues like cracked powder coating is disappointing. I typically do not leave bad reviews but between them constantly trying to blame me for the issues I razed and then telling me they would give me $250 as co... read more
