10/10 on professionalism, friendliness, knowledge, speed, convenience, etc. We needed to find a new plumber fast because our original plumber that had quoted the work and everything all of a sudden fell off the face of the earth and stopped answering my texts and emails. Sent out requests to multiple plumbers, but The Great Indoors were the only ones to respond back within 24 hours, and were able to come out, quote the work, and book the service appointment before some other companies had even just replied to the initial inq... read more
They unclogged the drain in 2 hrs, fair enough...but to charge $358 to use their snake is outrageous. If I knew it was going to be that expensive I would've rented one for them to use at a fraction of the price. Definitely will be giving them horrible reviews whenever someone's ask for a plumber and their name comes up
