I used to live in that area, and they have always been professional, responsive, and polite. They went above and beyond what I expected. I have never seen them be anything less than great.
I have lived in Charlotte for many years and I couldn’t be happier with their service. The owner and her staff are too notch! They always aim to please! I highly recommend this home cleaning service to anyone who is looking or is new to the area! Oh and welcome to Charlotte, a truly friendly city!
Used for years because of price and reliability. But repeatedly bad attitude, lack of professionalism and poor performance — both crew and management — finally got to be too much. Keep looking. You can do better than these cleaners.
