The Great Frame Up I had went here to get a picture framed after having been informed by a co-worker. I was told that the service was quicker than that of Michaels. I went in expecting them to just do framing and was surprised to see that they sell craft supplies as well. I had my frame photo framed in four days and the saleswoman took the time to set up several different matting options until I found one that I fell in love with. The staff was patient and very helpful. I will be backk next time I need a photo framed.
Amazing Service! The service provided by the people at this store is completely unmatched in my experience with framing. The frames I received were perfect quality and they even offered to come to my home to hang them for me! Great service, great store!
Disappointing Service I collect art and have used several independently owned frame stores in the Las Vegas area. I tried The Great Frame Up because of a recommendation, and was sorely disappointed with the quality of service. The first time I went for a framing consultation, I felt rushed by the associate to make a decision, and I ended up choosing a $1000 frame that was recommended for my taste and home decor. EXCELLENT! I am amazed at the consistent level of creativity, quality and service this store provides. They always make me feel like family and inspire me to adorn my home with their creations. If you've never had any framing done or just never thought about it, you will be amazed at what they can create for your walls. Wonderful, caring business I was recently in Las Vegas to attend my father-in-law's funeral. My father-in-law had been diagnosed with cancer in 2008 and was a huge Tiger Woods fan. Before my father-in-law entered his last stages of cancer, my husband was able to get in touch with Tiger Woods who in turn, wrote a very personal letter to my father-in-law as well as sign a hat for him. My father-in-law was ecstactic to receive these items before he passed away. After he died, we wanted to have the items framed for the funeral. ... read more
Good store This store provided great service in getting some pictures done for me. I was really happy with how they turned out, and how quickly. The staff worked with me on a tight deadline and was able to do what I needed. I'd highly recommend them to anyone!
Do It YourSelf or Have it Done Professionally What a unique find on Broadway. Whenever you have a special photo or need to replace a frame/broken glass, this is the spot! I was really pleased to be asked if I wanted to do the work or have them. I opted to do it and was just given the precut materials to stick together. It was fun and easy and they handed me the Windex when I was finished. It was a great bargain and I didn't wait for days to have to pick anything up!
