Called to ask 2 questions. Got ine question answered and in the middle of the second question I was interrupted by the lady saying, hey I'm with a customer I'll have to call you back. Rude in her tone, and could have answered and asked if I could please hold, Or let me finish my question, then nicely tell me she is with a customer and would I be able to hold. Will not be calling back or going in for what I need
