Lack of follow up and customer care. The frame sample was not representative of the frame in full. Angela, should have been knowledgeable about the end result of the piecing together of the frame and shared either at the time of the decision or when she received the frame. 4 attempts to contact and discuss my disappointment after spending $650+ on this piece. Would have given another chance if there would have been any attempt at customer care.
