I can not say anything about this store but Do Not go to the location on Delaware St Downtown. They are pirates and do not care about their customers. I will never go back to them. I sent them a e-mail as well as called corporate and No one has called me back yet after a week. I see how they deal with people. I hope the Ditch store is better I know the Allisonville Rd. store is good. Anthony T.

Creative – I have been a customer for many years at The Great Frame up. I am always wowed with the creativity that is used to frame my art. Something as basic as a poster looks fantastic and not so basic. I had two recent framing jobs that were more challenging. The results were TREMENDOUS! The use of color and textured matting along with frames to tie the piece together really brought out the beauty of the art being framed. The honest service good prices and friendly staff make the experience fun

Amazing! – The Great Frame Up Stores have done all of our picture framing for years. They have also, just won "Best Frame Shops" from Spokane Magazine for the 7th year in a row! Don't walk...run to this buisness...they are out sanding! Best prices, best customer service...I just love em!

Poor Quality – I paid $100 to get a print frames and the work was horrible. It looked like someone had gone to walmart to get a frame and then just through my print into the frame. Granted, $100 is not a lot for a frame, but the work was pathetic. There are plenty of places to get framing in Gainesville and I would never recommend that anyone go to this place.

I never knew what I was missing – I recently found this store after a picture framing store I used to visit closed. I was happy with my previous one but when I dealt with these folks I realized I didn't know what to expect before. This family business was more competitive on price, had 2x the selection and went out of their way to make sure that the piece was going to look right and fit in my location because the son was willing to drive to my home and take exact measurements that day. Great framing – The ladies at the shop were very helpful to suggest and match the right frame color. The price was reasonable, and one can get discount with a coupon.
