Manager Shawn B. was instrumental in facilitating communication between us and the company who made the table we purchased from The Great Escape. We greatly appreciated his professionalism and help.
We were so impressed with the level of service and attention from the entire staff!! Greg, the Regional Manager, was extremely responsive to any questions we had even after delivery!!! Would definitely recommend!!
