Friendly people and they have all your pool needs to include hardware.
1. Order took much longer than anticipated to be delivered. 2. Selected and paid for delivery AND assembly. 3. When order finally arrived, it was dropped on a pallet in the driveway. Not assembled like we had paid for. 4. Called and called the delivery company. No response. Company finally came back and assembled the table and chairs. Asked that it be assembled under our gazebo. 5. Recently bought an above ground pool from the Batavia Great Escapes and it was a great experience. Entire staff was knowledgeable and very helpful! Install crew was great too!
