Went to the Batavia store on 7/22/2026 to pay the balance on our hot tub. Walked into the store - not ONE other customer was there. Employees sitting around the main desk, chomping on food and surfing on phones and completely ignored us. Not even a hello and when we looked over at them to get their attention, they all just sat there chomping food and staring at us like deers in the headlights.
