I worked with Garrett to purchase a Scoria fire pit. He was very helpful when it came to placing my order. He made sure I would get it delivered at the right time. However, when it was delivered, the top was the incorrect size for my 42” fire pit. He actually came to my house with another cover that was the correct size for my fire pit. He went above and beyond the typical customer service! I greatly appreciated it.
All the pool needs under one roof!
Purchased a Catalina Spa - received NO instructions upon installation; no manual; nothing. Had to watch YouTube videos on how to maintain the spa. After first winter and spring cleaning, spa would not turn back on. Even though under warranty, Great Escape won't perform service unless I give a credit card for their $100 travel fee plus $90/hour. Another thing I WASN'T told when I purchased the Spa. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. Worst purchase I have ever made.
This Great Escape is hands down one of the best ones to go to! Rachel is a great example of how a leader should which reflects on her entire crew as well.
