Overcharged for baby lights when I asked for highlights. The foils bled and there’s no noticeable difference. I paid almost $400 for subpar quality highlights.
Unprofessional owners . I had an appointment for a quick beat ( makeup) for today for wedding and I walk in and the other artist says “Oh Lucia didn’t cancel with you ? She has Covid “ and I said I never got a email or text message for a cancellation . There was no automated message : I actually had to ask for a cancellation notice . She then sends the cancellation text and email and I said that it’s very unprofessional to not cancel with your clients ahead of time. And she said “well then I’m unprofessional then” so I left.... read more
