Great community feel. Nothing pretentious and everything you need. Classes are fun too
I was visiting family in Kingsport, TN over Thanksgiving break, and I wanted to get in a workout at a local gym. Fortunately, the first place I tried was GBC. It was the finest exercise facility that I have ever used. They have a tremendous variety of weight lifting equipment, both free weights and machines. The locker room is huge with showers etc. They also have plenty of cardio equipment and a small indoor track. Furthermore, they have a "crossfit" room, massage room, an aerobic dance room and more.
