Really like the place and have been a member for a few years now. Only issue I have is they are NOT a 24 hr gym. If you are are like me and hit the gym before work you maybe disappointed because someone may or may not be there to open at 5am. Getting up at 4am to get to the gym by 5am and its not open..... Sure can make you start your day off in the wrong mood!

I was visiting family in Kingsport, TN over Thanksgiving break, and I wanted to get in a workout at a local gym. Fortunately, the first place I tried was GBC. It was the finest exercise facility that I have ever used. They have a tremendous variety of weight lifting equipment, both free weights and machines. The locker room is huge with showers etc. They also have plenty of cardio equipment and a small indoor track. Furthermore, they have a "crossfit" room, massage room, an aerobic dance room and more. The staff is awesome, they have all the right equipment and show you how to safely and correctly use it. Such a chill place to workout
