The Great American Roofing Company did a great job on my roof. They showed up when they said they would and the job looks beautiful. They cleaned up every bit of trash and did a magnetic sweep for nails and metal debris. Their salesman, Ryan, returned calls and showed up on time. His presentation was excellent. Steven, the foreman, answered questions and resolved issues as they came up. We had no problems and this company is as professional as they come.
Very disappointed. They are eager to get your business and once they install your roof and skylights and you call them Re problems, GOOD LUCK. They don’t know you anymore.My issues still have not been resolved and they do not call you back. They leave you no recourse other than filing a claim against them

By returning hone calls and stop doing substandard work .Charged me $46000, and it will cost $30,000 to repair the lousy work done.
We Just had our roof done yesterday and I cant tell you how happy we are. We have a big roof and they did it in one day, The workers were all very professional and super friendly. They did an AMAZING job on our roof we are so happy with it! When they left our house all my decks porch driveway etc were blown off and cleaned up it looked better when the left then it did before they came (my decks etc.)They even put a tarp down to protect all our shrubs and plants so they wouldn't get destroyed.
